What climbers and safari guests say

"Our guide checked our oxygen twice a day and slowed us down exactly when we needed it. Both of us reached Uhuru Peak at sunrise, and four days later we were watching elephant families in Tarangire. Every price we were quoted was the price we paid."

Hannah & Mark · Manchester, UK

8-day Lemosho + 4-day safari

"I had questions almost every day before booking and always got a real answer on WhatsApp within a few hours. The camp food was better than some restaurants I know, and the crew were treated properly — that mattered to me."

Daniel O. · Denver, USA

7-day Machame Route

"Travelling with two teenagers, we wanted a private vehicle and a flexible pace. We got both. Our driver-guide spotted a leopard the day everyone else drove past, and the kids still talk about the crater morning."

Familie Weber · Munich, Germany

6-day Serengeti Classic

"The northern slopes were empty — days without seeing another group. Booking with a Tanzanian-owned team that knows the mountain this well made the whole thing feel safe rather than heroic."

Amina K. · Nairobi, Kenya

Climbing Kilimanjaro

Trekking tips & advice

Kilimanjaro is a trek, not a technical climb. Most fit people can summit with proper acclimatisation. The main challenge is altitude, not steepness. Our 7-9 day routes give your body time to adjust, achieving 98% success on 8-day treks.

We recommend 7-9 days for the best summit chances. Shorter 5-6 day routes exist but have lower success rates. The extra days allow crucial acclimatisation and rest.

For first-timers, we recommend Lemosho (8 days) for its high success rate and beautiful scenery. Machame is a great value option. Northern Circuit offers the quietest trails for those wanting solitude.

The driest months are January-March and June-October. These offer the clearest skies and best trail conditions. April-May and November are wetter but less crowded.

Everything: park fees, professional guides, porters, cooks, all meals on the mountain, camping gear, hotel nights before/after, airport transfers, oxygen, and safety equipment. No hidden costs.

Wildlife & safari tips

For first-time safari-goers, Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, and Serengeti are the classic trio. Add Lake Manyara for tree-climbing lions. Our safari packages cover the best combinations.

The migration is year-round but varies by location. July-October: river crossings in northern Serengeti. January-March: calving season in southern Serengeti. We'll plan your safari based on where the herds are.

Almost guaranteed! Tarangire has one of Africa's largest elephant populations, and Ngorongoro Crater is home to big bulls. Elephants are our favourite, so we know exactly where to find them.

We use private 4x4 Toyota Land Cruisers with pop-up roofs for 360° game viewing. Each guest gets a window seat, and there's a fridge for cold drinks and charging points for cameras.

Absolutely! We adjust the pace for children and offer family-friendly lodges. Private vehicles mean you can stop whenever needed. Kids love the wildlife and our guides are great with families.
